Pilis is proud to offer an array of catering options, each customizable to best fit your needs. We can serve any group size, and have permits in various counties surrounding the Bloomington area.

  • This option is perfect for those wanting the full food truck experience for their event!

    • For events in Bloomington, there is no traveling fee to bring the truck to you! For surrounding areas, fees will be calculated based on miles.

    • For this option, there is no flat rate to book the truck, we simply have a minimum consumption rate of $450*/hour. If the event does not reach this hourly sales rate, the host would be required to pay the difference.

    • Bloomington Discount: For every hour over 3 hours, we will give you a 10% discount!

  • This option is for hosts looking to have a set meal/price per person!

    • We will work together to create a limited menu for your event. Instead of having our consumption rate, we will charge per plate.

    • Once we have served everyone, we will pack up and let the party continue.

    • For this option we will need an exact guest count to ensure we prepare enough plates.

  • Our Taco Salad bars are an option that takes away the truck element, while leaving all the flavor you know and love.

    • Try our self-serve buffet style meal. We will deliver and set up TSB in designated area, and leave you to it!

    • Looking for something a bit more formal? For an additional cost we can provide dedicated staff members to manage the buffet and serve your guests!

    • There is a $25 delivery fee in Bloomington, delivery fees to surrounding areas will be calculated based on miles.
