About Pili’s.
Pili’s Party Taco is a food truck that sells a variety of Mexican street food, including tacos, burritos, quesadillas and more! In 2017, the food truck opened in Bloomington, IN and began serving authentic Mexican food with recipes from Puebla, Mexico, where owner and founder of Pilis is from.
Now in 2025, Pilis operates three food trucks! All three of our trucks offer the same incredible menu and have the same great taste you know and love.

Pili’s Party Taco es un camión de comida que vende auténticos tacos mexicanos como carne de cerdo, árabes, carne y otros alimentos mexicanos. En 2017, el camión de comida se abrió en Bloomington, IN y comenzó a servir auténtica comida mexicana de Puebla, México. En 2018, Pili’s Party Taco se expandió y abrió un segundo camión de comida.
La propietaria, Maria del Pilar Gonzales es originaria de Puebla, México, y ha trabajado en la industria de restaurantes durante muchos años. Está orgullosa de compartir sus recetas con todos ustedes.
